Oral Presentation
 

Oral presentations should not exceed 20 minutes (presentation: 15 min,
questions and discussions: 4 min, speaker change: 1 min).

Presentations will be shown on projector screens via your computer.

 

Therefore, please bring a personal laptop where your presentation is stored. (For Mac users, please also bring an adapter to connect your Mac to a VGA projector)
   


Poster Presentation
 

Poster sessions will be held on the 2nd floor of the West Building, Tokyo Fashion Town Conference Hall (HALL500 & Foyer).

Poster boards are 90 cm in width by 210 cm in height and marked with poster numbers (PXX-XX). Pushpins will be provided.

 

All poster presenters are asked to come to the Poster Session Registration Desk on the 2nd floor of the West Building, Tokyo Fashion Town Conference Hall, near the registration desk.

Poster Presentation Time
Odd numbers: September 29, 17:45-18:45
Even numbers: September 29, 19:00-20:00


Poster Removal Time
September 29, 20:00-20:30
Notes: Presenters are asked to remove their posters during the dismantling time. Posters that are not removed by the allocated time will be removed and may be destroyed by the organizers.
