  • All participants are requested to register online in advance or on-site at the registration desk at the venue.
  • All presenters are required to register in order to make presentations by no later than March 15, 2017.
  • To qualify for the Early Registration Fee, the application must be received by the Registration Office and payment by Credit card completed by no later than March 16, 2017 8:59 UTC.
  • The Pre-Confirmation e-mail with the registration details will be sent to you after your online registration is complete and a Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after the payment has been confirmed.
    Please bring the print-out of the Confirmation e-mail with you to the conference.

Please note about following.
* Those wishing to attend the Welcome Reception on May 10, Gala
Dinner on May 11 and Facility Tour 2 on May 13
need to make registration for the Scientific Sessions.

A category check whether to participate or not must be made when you register online.
** As to the Gala Dinner, Maximum 200 persons, accepted on a
first-come and first-served basis.
*** Those wishing to attend the Facility Tour 1 on May 8 need to make
registration for the Educational Workshop.

Maximum 300 persons, accepted on a first-come and first-served basis.
**** Those wishing to attend the Facility Tour 2 on May 13 need to make
registration for the Scientific Sessions.

Maximum 300 persons, accepted on a first-come and first-served basis.

Inclusions

The registration fee for Regular Participants includes:
Entry to all conference sessions, the exhibition, the poster area and drink services at Hall C.
The registration fee for Accompanying Persons includes:
Welcome Reception, Coffee Break.


Payment Method

Payment Method

Paypal(Credit card) is the only payment method available and Registration fees must be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY) only.


Confirmation and Receipt

The Pre-Confirmation e-mail with the registration details will be sent to you after your online registration is complete The Confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after the payment has been confirmed.

If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from the Registration Office within 2 week from the above indication, please email the Registration Office (ptcog56@procomu.jp).

Please bring the print-out of the Confirmation e-mail with you to the conference.
Receipt of your payment will be issued on the day of the conference addressed to the applicant’s name as registered.


Cancellation and Refunds

No refund after payment for any reason.


Passport and Visa

A valid passport is required to enter Japan. Participants from certain countries may be required to obtain a visa to enter Japan.
