Notice to Participants – Scientific Meeting

Registration Desk

The on-site registration desk will be located on the 2nd floor of the Annex Hall of Pacifico Yokohama, the conference venue. The opening hours as follows:

Wednesday	May 10,	17:00 - 19:00
Thursday	May 11,	07:15 - 17:00
Friday	May 12,	07:30 - 18:00
Saturday	May 13,	07:30 - 13:00

Badge identification

A name badge will be provided with your registration documents upon arrival at the Pacifico Yokohama. For security and regulation purposes it is compulsory to wear the badge at all times both inside the Pacifico Yokohama and at all official events organized within the context of the PTCOG 56 Conference.

Exhibition

The exhibition is held in the Pacifico Yokohama, Japan, May 11 – May 13, in the Exhibition Hall C (Level 1). This is a great opportunity for delegates to meet with exhibitors and discuss the latest scientific, medical and technological developments within the PTCOG industry.

Scientific Program Book and Abstract USBs

Each delegate will receive a copy of the PTCOG 56 Program Book in the conference bag received during registration. This will also include the PTCOG 56 Abstract Book in the form of a USB Card.

You can also find program, abstract and much more information in the PTCOG 56 conference app, which can be downloaded via the conference website.

Mobile Phones

Participants are kindly requested to turn on silent mode on their mobile phones when entering the meeting rooms and in the poster and exhibition areas.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom is located on the 2nd floor of the Annex Hall. Please make sure that no personal belongings are left after the meeting finishes each day.

Duplication, Recording and Photos

Photography, audio-recording, video recording, digital recording or any other form of duplication is strictly prohibited in the session rooms and poster areas. In the exhibition area, pictures or film are allowed if permitted by the concerned exhibitor.

WI-FI

The congress organizers have arranged WI-FI access for all PTCOG 56 participants. This access is free of charge and will be provided for the duration of the event.

Lost and Found

Any lost items should be returned to the Registration Desk which is located on the 2nd floor of the Annex Hall. Should you lose anything, please report to this desk for assistance.

Lunches & Breaks

Lunch boxes will be provided at all Luncheon Seminars without any charge.
During the morning and afternoon breaks, refreshments will be served at the exhibition area.

Note: No on-site application is available. Only those who have completed pre-registration via the PTCOG 56 website can attend.
