Notice to Participants – Educational Sessions
Registration Desk
The on-site registration desk will be located at the foyer of the International Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the International Conference Hall.The opening hours are as follows:

Badge Identification
A name badge will be provided with your registration documents upon arrival at the venue. For security and regulation purposes it is compulsory to wear the badge at all times both inside the conference room and at all official events organized within the context of the PTCOG 56 Conference.
Educational Program
The program is available via the PTCOG 56 conference app which can be downloaded via the website prior to the conference.
Mobile Phones
Participants are kindly requested to turn on silent mode on their mobile phones when entering the meeting rooms and any presentation areas.
Cloakroom
A cloakroom is located on the 2nd floor of the venue. Please make sure that no personal belongings are left after the sessions close each day.

Duplication, Recording and Photos
Photography, audio-recording, video recording, digital recording or any other form of duplication is strictly prohibited in the session rooms.
WI-FI
The congress organizers have arranged WI-FI access for all PTCOG 56 participants. This access is free of charge and will be provided for the duration of the event.
Lost and Found
Any lost items should be returned to the Registration Desk which is located at the foyer of the International Conference Room on the 2nd floor of the International Conference Hall. Should you lose anything, please report to this desk for assistance.
