For oral presenters

Opening Special and Plenary lecturers will be given 40 min (including discussion) for their presentations. Keynote speakers will present your works within 30 min (including discussion), respectively. Invited, Young Scientist and Oral speakers will present for 20 min (including discussion.

All speakers are requested to bring their own laptop and connect it to a display switcher which was prepared in the auditorium hall. Speakers are encouraged to ask to the staffs in the hall and look over their slides with self-responsibility during coffee break or lunch time before their Oral Session starts.

For poster presenters

Poster boards attaching your presentation numbers are prepared for presenters who will display your posters from 9:00AM 5th to 6:00PM 6th and stay in front of the posters for discussion during the presentation time at “Exhibition Hall”.
The poster board is 850 mm wide x 1750 mm tall.
